2004 Legislative Training Seminar
March 28-30

Crystal Gateway Marriott
1700 Jefferson Davis Highway
Arlington, VA 22202-3505

Room Rate and Reservations: The single/double room rate at the Crystal Gateway Marriott is $173, plus tax. All room reservations must be made by calling the toll-free Marriott Hotels’ worldwide reservations number, 1-800-228-9290, or by calling the Crystal Gateway Marriott directly at 703-920-3230 and asking for Reservations. Be certain to mention that you are with the National Association of Postal Supervisors. Check-in time is 4 p.m.; check-out time is 1 p.m.

The LTS Room Rate expires on March 4, 2004; reservations made after that date, or whenever the room block is sold out, are on a space-available basis only and a significantly higher room rate will apply. Best advice––reserve a room now.

All reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival. The hotel must receive one night’s room and tax deposit by check or major credit card in advance of your arrival. This deposit will be applied to any guaranteed no-show reservations.

Please note that your hotel reservation confirmation is your responsibility. When you make your room reservation, be sure to write down your confirmation number; you will need it when you check in. Please call the hotel directly to confirm your reservation; NAPS Headquarters cannot confirm room reservations. Reminder: Room rate expires March 4.

Attention State Branch Presidents and State Legislative Chairs:
Because 2004 is a national convention year NAPS Headquarters will make your hotel reservations for you. You will receive a letter from NAPS Headquarters in late November concerning your LTS registration and hotel reservations.
