NAPS President responds to USPS’ announcement of a $15.9 Billion Loss in FY 2012

NAPS President Louis M. Atkins responded to the annoucement that the Postal Service had lost $15.9 Billion in FY 2012, stating that the loss "underscores the urgent need for Congress to pass comprehensive postal reform legislation as soon as possible". Atkins urged the House of Representatives to work with the United States Senate using the foundation created by the passage of S. 1789 this summer.
